My name is Linda and I am a catering assistant at Teesdale Comprehensive School. This is my fifth year working at the school and I am very pleased to see all the changes since September last year. The appointment of a chef and using all fresh ingredients is an excellent improvement. Each day I have designated jobs helping to prepare and serve fresh food. Working part of team, being flexible and helping each other to ensure food is ready on time for the pupils and staff at break and lunchtime. The hours I work enable me to enjoy a lot of free time with family and friends. The free time also enables me to pursuing hobbies and interests which include walking my dog, gardening and collecting and exhibiting vintage vehicles.
